We will also clearly explain the item description to the customer in advance and ask them to confirm the tracking number upon delivery. For your reference… I have been importing goods from China for over 10 years, and in some rare cases, private companies in China may list a different item name in an attempt to help the recipient avoid customs duties. This is a unique practice among some private businesses in China, though it is not an appropriate one.
When we send the shipment details to the Chinese logistics company, we do provide the correct item description. However, due to the circumstances mentioned above, such cases may very rarely occur.
